Cheryl has more than 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management. What began as doing handwritten ledger-entry bookkeeping for her father, soon led her to realize that she loved the perfection when the numbers added up. Cheryl likes to help her clients identify their problems and issues, then find solutions for them. Using her many years office management experience — including her stint as a small business owner herself of a local coffee shop — she likes to find the best practices for clients to keep them on track. More than a decade in bookstore management resulted in a deep, wide understanding of inventory systems and staffing, too. She loves the diversity of businesses her clients represent, and likes to customize processes to work best for each of them.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Cheryl grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She now lives in the city and feels blessed by all the things that it has to offer — especially so much live music! A voracious reader, she also loves to explore places that are off the beaten path — from hidden gems in the Harold Washington Library’s special collections to the golden pyramid house in Wadsworth, IL.
Cheryl is a new grandmother and loves nothing more than spending time with her winsome grandson.
